Possible Alzheimer’s breakthrough:
Researchers in Canada and the Netherlands suggests that aerobic exercises done just twice a week, will increase the size the hippocampuses, the brain region linked with memory. (Hippocampuses shrinkage is associated with Alzheimers disease).
